(More customer reviews)I perused FootSmart for shoes that were labelled as helpful/comfortable for those with planar fasciitis--found this model recommended and optimistically ordered.While wearing light-to-medium weight socks, I observed the shoes looked nice--not *super* nice, a little "non-durable", but acceptable for the price.The problem with the shoes is that when you walk, the heel does not "go" with your foot...there as almost an inch of up and down sliding. While the sliding was not painful on a short 10 step walk down a hallway--I knew that trekking 7+ blocks across campus or through a mall would create some real problems.I returned the shoes and have received credit; I rate the shopping experience positively: received order quickly, return process easy, credited in a timely manner and no hassle.
