(More customer reviews)The tieing system is fabulous, no more undone shoelaces. That said, I did send the shoes back. In order for the shoes to be comfortable I had to remove one set of inserts. Even then I was only iffy about the shoes as the toebox still did not seem all that comfortable. As the shoes are pricey, I decided to send them back as I wasn't absolutely sure they would be comfortable in the long run. Return was easy and refund was processed right away.
